KICKSTEP SOFTWARE provides professional, remote software development services on a project-based model. Services include, but are not limited to, API development, bug fixing, code review, web application development, and performance optimization. The scope of work for each project will be defined in a separate agreement.
You agree to provide all necessary information, assets, and timely feedback required for the completion of your project. You are responsible for ensuring that all provided content and data are lawful and do not infringe on any third-party rights.
Upon full and final payment, KICKSTEP SOFTWARE will transfer all intellectual property rights and ownership of the developed software to you. Until that time, KICKSTEP SOFTWARE retains all rights to the work.
All pricing is one-time per project unless otherwise stated. Payments are non-refundable after work has commenced, except as required by law. If a project is cancelled by the client before work begins, a refund may be issued minus any processing fees.
KICKSTEP SOFTWARE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the total amount paid by the client for the specific project in question.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Your Country/State].
